Where Can I Buy Bitcoin?

So, you decided to buy crypto on an exchange, and, like everyone else, you want to know where you can buy bitcoin. As mentioned before, an exchange is probably the easiest way to get crypto, but you first need capital you can invest with. If you don’t have extra capital laying around, then I suggest that you take a look at my page Ways to Earn Crypto.

The first thing you need to do is decide where you want to purchase your currency. I suggest an exchange. Coinbase is the largest American exchange which makes it one of the more secure places to buy currency. If you want to use a different exchange, there are plenty of options to choose from. Just make sure that you do some research first and choose a reliable one.

Once you pick the exchange that you are going to use, follow their instructions on how to create an account. After that, the fun part begins: deciding what crypto currency to buy!

What Bitcoin to buy?

Every person you talk to will have a different opinion on what currency is the best, what coin will stick around, and which one will be worth the most. From what I have seen, there is absolutely no way to tell. If anyone says differently, they may just be selling you something.

The most well known currency is Bitcoin, and every other currency is considered an altcoin. If it helps, you can view the different currency like stock in a company. Some stocks like Apple or Amazon will be less risky, whereas stock in a new marijuana company will be more so. Most of the time, less risk equates to less profit, and I would say the same goes for crypto. Bitcoin will be the most stable coin you can buy, but the gains/losses may be less than some of your riskier/newer coins.

If you are brand new to crypto, I would suggest starting with the top 25 most traded coins. They will be the least risky, and most places will allow you to trade them on their exchange.
